Schools Near Gachibowli, Tellapur and Nallagandla: An Honest Guide
Schools Near Gachibowli, Tellapur and Nallagandla: An Honest Guide
Let’s start with something most school websites won’t tell you.
We don’t run a bus route for Gachibowli.
We run routes to Khajaguda, Kondapur, Lanco Hills, Ramky Towers and Manikonda — all a few minutes from Gachibowli, and between them they carry a good number of our students. But if you live in the middle of Gachibowli and you’re looking for the closest school to your door, we are probably not it. There are good schools nearer to you, and you should look at those first.
What we can tell you is where our buses actually go, how long the journey takes, and which families in this part of Hyderabad make the trip to Kokapet and why.
Where our buses go in this corridor
Around Gachibowli, we serve Khajaguda, Kondapur, Manikonda, Lanco Hills and Ramky Towers.
Further west, through Tellapur and Nallagandla, we run routes to a long list of residential communities: Aparna Sarovar, Aparna Sarovar Zenith, Aparna Cyberzon, Aparna Cyber Life, Aparna Serene Park, My Home Vihanga I and II, My Home Krishe, My Home Avatar I and II, Muppas Alankrita, Jayabheri The Summit, Prestige High Fields, NCC Urban and Rajapushpa Regalia.
That second list is where most of our families live. Our single biggest routes by student numbers are My Home Avatar, Muppas Alankrita, PBEL City and Jayabheri The Summit. If you’re in one of those communities, your child will have company on the bus and probably in the classroom.

How far is Kokapet, really
Phoenix Greens is on Kokapet Grampanchayath Road at our Kokapet campus, a few minutes off the Outer Ring Road.
From Gachibowli and the Financial District, it’s a short run down the ORR outside peak hours. From Tellapur and Nallagandla, you’re coming across rather than down, which is a different kind of journey.
We’re not going to publish precise minute counts, because a school bus with a dozen stops takes considerably longer than the same trip in your car, and a number that’s wrong by fifteen minutes every morning is worse than no number at all. Ring the office and ask about your specific route. They’ll tell you the pick-up time for your stop, which is the figure that actually affects your morning.
Other schools in this corridor
You’ll have a shortlist, and we won’t pretend we’re the only name on it.
Around Gachibowli, Nanakramguda and the Financial District there are a number of established schools, several with strong reputations and some considerably older than us. Out towards Kollur and Serilingampally there are more. Some offer IB, some offer A Levels after IGCSE, some are much larger than we are.
Visit three or four. Walk round while classes are running. Ask every one of them the same questions and see who gives you a straight answer.
What usually decides it
Families who choose us from this corridor tend to say one of three things.
The curriculum choice. We teach CBSE from pre-primary to Grade 12 and offer the Cambridge pathway on the same campus, so if a family isn’t settled on a board, or has two children who suit different ones, that’s a practical advantage.
The size. We’re a five-acre campus, not a very large one. Teachers know the children by name. For some families that’s the whole argument; for others it isn’t enough, and they’d rather a bigger school with more on offer.
The bus already stops outside. More decisive than people expect. If a route already serves your community, with other families from your building on it, the daily logistics stop being a problem you have to solve.
Questions worth asking any school here
Take these to every school you visit, not just us.
- Does a bus already serve my area, or would a new stop need creating?
- Is there a seat on that bus right now, or is the route full?
- What time will my child leave home and get back?
- Which curriculum do you offer, and up to which grade?
- What happens at Grade 11 — can my child continue here?
- How many children in a class?
- What were last year’s board results?
The last three are where answers tend to get vague. Notice which schools give you numbers.

If you’re in Gachibowli, Tellapur, Nallagandla or anywhere along this corridor, the quickest way to find out whether we suit you is to come and see us while school is running. Ask the office to check your bus route before you visit — if there’s no seat on the route serving your area, that’s worth knowing before you spend a morning here.
