An effective and well-designed curriculum, backed by teachers and staff who espouse as mentors and guides - allows children to explore their abilities to the fullest.

Our five-pronged approach takes education beyond textbooks, into hands-on projects, computers/Internet, multimedia and other modern teaching aids. They enhance a child's learning experience while fueling the 'curiosity' quotient. This approach is our unique - Integrated Multi-Modal Learning Process, that is interlaced with emphasis on 'Creative Learning' and 'Value-Based Learning' methods.

Our 'Creative Learning' methods make our children's learning process enjoyable, and infuse them with a fresh enthusiasm to expand their horizons.

Our 'Value-based Learning' methods help every child to realise the importance of values such as integrity, respect for elders, compassion, hard work, and discipline. Care and consciousness about the environment is another vital aspect, which we strive to bring about in every child at Phoenix Greens.

Our approach focuses on a minimal subset of extra-curricular activities, which form our 'Integrated Leadership Foundation' using which a child develops into a well rounded person. Five core elements of the foundation include - fitness, music, drama/dance, debates, and quizzes/competitions.

Common feedback from the parents of Phoenicians is that the kids are more cheerful, respecting elders and taking active part in familyactvities, learning, sports and extracurricular activities. The kids also communicate quite freely without fear on any stage and with anyone!
