Some more tips that can help in enhancing one’s memory which were discussed when Phoenix Greens International School, Hyderabad had organised a workshop on Learning techniques and Memory skills. Points 1 to 5 were given in the last blog.
6. Balance Food is essential for good memory. Supplement your diet with multi-vitamin and multi-mineral tablets.
7. Regular practice of Yoga and pranayama and other breathing exercises helps us to have better memory.
8. Proper amount of sleep is essential for good memory. So, burning the midnight oil is not suggested particularly before examinations
9. Try to engage your mind in solving puzzles or playing mind games. These activities will sharpen the memory skills.
10.You can use your body parts in recollecting facts in a serial order. Try to associate each point with one of your body parts from head to toe.
