Partners In Progress (PIP)
Through PIP, we seamlessly integrate all three elements student, teacher and parents simultaneously, resulting in a comprehensive plan for the child's future. This process unfolds in two stages:
First stage: he class teacher collaborates with the student to establish educational and personal goals for each term of the academic year. Once these goals are mutually discussed, they are documented for future reference.
Second stage: Subsequently, parents are invited for a session to contribute their insights regarding the goals set by the child. This discussion creates a conducive atmosphere for them to openly share their ideas and concerns with the teacher.
